Yes, we do accept orders through WhatsApp or Facebook. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase your items through the website.

How do i know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided. It will be an automatically generated email, so do check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

I haven’t received an email after placing an order?
Firstly, you can check whether the email has been sorted into your spam or other mailboxes. Every complete order should get a status email. If you did not get one, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. If you need any assistance please call us +6018-7706333.

SHIPPING

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we ship everywhere, except for the State of Israel. Exact shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout. Happy shopping!

How much does shipping cost?

Here are the shipping costs for both domestic and international orders.

West Malaysia — Complimentary for orders RM150 and above, RM6 (flat) for orders below the stated amount.
East Malaysia — Complimentary for orders RM150 and above, RM15 (flat) for orders below the stated amount.
Rest of the world — Calculated according to size and weight upon checkout.

How long does shipping take?

We usually pack your orders the next day after you are done making payment. For West Malaysia, it will take 2-4 working days to arrive. For East Malaysia and Singapore, it will take 5-14 working days to arrive. However, there may be delays on Public Holidays and Company Trips.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For local orders — DHL, J&T, Poslaju, or Pgeon.
For international orders — SF Express, Aramex, Teleport, or TNT Express.
*Speed of delivery may vary according to courier services used. We are not responsible for any physical (or emotional) damage of goods along the delivery process.

How do I track my order?

Once your parcel has left us, we will drop you an email with a shipping confirmation. You can easily track your parcel with the tracking number provided.
*Your email can be found under the ‘INBOX or Promotions’ section of your inbox.

ORDER

Can I combine discount codes?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied for each order. Actions will be taken for individuals who abuse our discount policy.

Can I modify an already created order?

You are allowed to change your order items before shipping. We are happy to help you. However, once your order is shipped there is nothing we can do. Unless the product falls under the return/refund policy.

Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been packed or sent, we will be happy to refund 100%. However, cancel is not allowed once your order is shipped unless it falls on the return/refund policy.

What if I receive a damage item?
If a parcel arrives damaged, snap photos of the damaged box before you open the parcel. Then open the package and carefully check your goods for signs of damage. If they do prove to be damaged, take photos of any damaged items. Reseal the box, send us the photos and we will get back to you shortly on the process of return/refund of goods.

SUBSCRIPTION

How does subscription works?

Our subscription allows you to replenish your stock automatically without having to worry about low inventory and shipment delays. Build your essentials now and have them sent to you every month until you tell us not to. All for lesser $$$.

Your first shipment will arrive a couple of days after your purchase. Subsequent shipments will arrive 30 days after each shipment by default.

How do I subscribe?

Select the products that you wish to subscribe to, click on the product.

Then select the subscription option and add it to the cart.

On the checkout page, it will show the date and total payment amount, and the next renewal cycle.

Proceed to check out and pay.

Your subscription package will be delivered to you.

How do i check on my subscription?

Go to Account, and click on account details.

Click on the Subscription tab.

It will display the status of your subscription and when’s the next billing cycle.

Can I reactivate/resubscribe from my previous subscription?

Unfortunately, you are unable to resubscribe from your previous subscription. A new purchase of a subscription would have to be made.

What are the benefits of subscribing?

How do I adjust / suspend / cancel my subscription?

You are unable to adjust your subscription, but only to cancel it.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Account, and click on account details.
  2. Click on the Subscription tab.
  3. It will display your subscription plans.
  4. Click “View”, and you will be brought to a page stating your subscription details.
  5. Click on “Cancel” to cancel your subscription.
How do I manage my subscription?

  4. Click “View”, and you will be brought to a page stating your subscription details.
  5. There will be an option for you to cancel or edit your shipment address.
Can I change my address?

Yes, you can change your address.

  1. Go to Account, and click on account details.
  2. Click on the Subscription tab.
  3. It will display your subscription plans.
  4. Click “View”, and you will be brought to a page stating your subscription details.
  5. Click “Edit” on your address and email us at awpwellness@gmail.com regarding your change in address.
  6. We will ship the next subscription package to the new address.
When will be my billing cycle?

Your billing cycle will be billed according to the date of purchase.

Are your products halal?

Yes, all our products are HALAL-compliant, manufactured in a HALAL-certified facility which deals with halal and plant-based sources only. Some products are in the midst of pending approval from JAKIM.

Where are your products made?

100% proudly packed and manufactured in Malaysia, approved by KKM and Halal too.

Different products are formulated in different countries, according to the strength of technology, using both locally sourced and imported raw materials.

Are your products suitable for diabetics?

All of our products are free of added sugar, hence suitable for diabetics. However, as some of our products do contain real fruits as ingredients, we do suggest consulting with your doctor before consumption if you’re a serious diabetics patient.

Are your products suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding moms?

Yes, all of them are. You may refer to the FAQ section on the product page for more details.

Can my children consume your products?

Yes, all our products are suitable for children of 3 years old and above. You may refer to the product page for more details.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

All of our products are free of allergens such as gluten, nut, soy, sesame, egg, dairy, and other animal-based allergens. Only Ma’racle has collagen from the fish. You may refer to the product page for its list of ingredients.

How soon should i expect results from your products?

At least a month of regular, consistent consumption on a daily basis (no skipping!). Our products provide your body the right nutrition for it to perform self-healing, hence immediate results should not be expected. Duration varies from individuals, depending on the condition of the body. Consistency is the key when it comes to natural remedies for our body and skin cell.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?
